He has negotiated millions in sports contracts including the contract with the Washington Redskins to be housed at the National Conference Center for summer camp for five years, the contract to be the Title Sponsor and Presenting Sponsor for the Montpelier Hunt Races and the official Broadcaster for the National Steeple Chase Association for all 27 races for the 2020 season.
Mr. Butts was one of the top sales agents for the Interconnect industry in the United States and sold the first Mitel PBX in the DC Metro area. Mr. Butts was retained as a specialist in setting up sale organization for six different Interconnect companies in the DC area.
Mr. Butts has testified as an expert witness in government investigations and trails regarding wiretapping and restraint of trade from major telcoes.

HVCC appoints Sales Agent on a non-exclusive basis as its authorized Sales Agent. Unless otherwise agreed by HVCC, such services will be provided in the continental United States, International and the District of Columbia. Sales Agent will only use the materials approved in advance in writing (which includes email) by HVCC or supplied by HVCC.
Sales Agent’s appointment is non-exclusive and HVCC reserves the right at any time to offer to any party (including Sales Agent and Prospects) the same or different arrangement. In addition, HVCC reserves the right at any time to offer to any party (including Prospects) the same or different services through its employees or other persons who may be designated or appointed as authorized Sales Agent.
